Pricing questions, answered

Is pricing really in rupees?
Yes. Every plan is priced and billed in PKR, so there are no exchange-rate surprises and no dollar invoices.
What counts as an "active user"?
An active user is an enabled team account. If a counsellor leaves and you deactivate them, their slot frees up immediately, so you only ever pay for the people actually using Edmissa.
Do past students count against my limits?
No. Only live cases count toward your application allowance. Archived and completed students never use up your limit, so your history does not cost you.
What's included in the monthly price?
Everything you need to run: hosting, support, updates, and security, plus all the features in your plan. There are no hidden line items.
Do you charge per seat?
No. You pay one flat price per office, not per person. You can grow your team within your plan's allowance without your bill changing.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You can add users, storage, or another office at the simple rates shown above, or move up a plan whenever it makes sense. We'll help you pick the right moment.
Do you help us move our existing data?
Yes. Migration, setup around your destinations and process, and team training are all included in your onboarding.
Is there a guarantee?
